An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Qualified Senior Financial Accountant to join a Global Hospitality Group based in Central on a permanent basis.   This role provides hands-on accounting control and strategic financial insights, guiding the business toward successful growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing the year-end group audit.
  • Deliver monthly consolidated accounts for various subgroups within the business.
  • Prepare audit packs for all sites, making necessary adjustments, and resolving audit queries.
  • Prepare statutory accounts for all entities, including iXBRL tagging, and ensure timely filings with Companies House and HMRC.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative approach

Advanced Excel is essential, coupled with first-rate communication/interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with stakeholders and non-financial managers. Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential. The role offers one day a week working from home. Working hours are 09.00 to 18.00, 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays and 50% discount on restaurants within the group.
