Senior Financial Accountant – High-Growth FintechLondon (Hybrid)£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus & Excellent BenefitsWe’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech in it's search for a fully qualified accountant to step into a dynamic, high-impact finance role within a business that’s scaling fast across global markets.As Senior Financial Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of financial operations, supporting the month-end close, producing management accounts, conducting deep-dive performance analysis, and driving improvements across financial processes and controls. This role offers outstanding exposure across the business and a clear path for growth.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial ledgers
  • Delivering data-driven performance reporting and financial insights
  • Managing elements of accounting operations including receivables, tax, and compliance
  • Supporting financial audits and enhancing internal controls
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency
What They're Looking For:
  • Fully-qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • 1–3 years' experience in industry, ideally in tech or financial services
  • Solid background in preparing management accounts and reporting
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills (think pivot tables, lookups, and large datasets)
  • Familiarity with Xero or similar systems
  • A proactive and versatile team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
