A leading Reinsurance company in the London Insurance Market is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team.
The role offers hybrid working, requiring attendance in the office three days a week.
Key responsibilities include preparing annual financial statements, OPEX budgets, and quarterly reports, as well as assisting with VAT returns and payroll tax calculations.
Candidates should be Qualified Accountants with experience in the Insurance market and strong knowledge of US GAAP and UK GAAP.
The salary for this position is up to £75,000, along with a bonus and additional company benefits.

A leading Reinsurance company in the London Insurance Market are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. This is a broad role in which you will be offered hybrid working and expected to attend the office 3 days a week.

Duties include:

Preparation of the Annual Statutory Financial Statements
Preparation of the Annual OPEX Budget
Preparation of and submission of quarterly reports
Contribute to the completion of quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with the production of the quarterly VAT returns and help oversee the calculation and payment of payroll taxes

My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant from the Insurance market with good knowledge of US GAAP and UK GAPP.

Salary for this role is up to £75,000 + Bonus and wider company benefits
