Sonic Summary

Global Accounting Network is seeking a Senior Management Accountant for a PE-backed Fintech client to lead the accounting function of their largest entity.
This role offers the chance to advance within a well-established and growing platform that blends trading and fintech culture.
The position involves managing 1-2 direct reports, overseeing the P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, and partnering with the Commercial Team on budgeting.
Candidates should be qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in Financial Services and proven management accounting skills.
A salary of £70,000 to £80,000 is offered, along with the expectation of having several years of relevant experience.

Global Accounting Network are partnered with a PE backed Fintech client to find a Senior Management Accountant to join them and lead the accounting function for the largest entity in their business.

The Role:

Management of 1-2 direct reports
Ownership of the largest entity in the B2B platform
Monthly Reporting of P&L & Balance Sheet
Ownership of the Management Accountants
Partnering with the Commercial Team with budget

The Person:

Qualified Accountant through ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
Experience post qualification in a Financial Services business
Proven experience of Management Accounting
Experience of training/mentoring/coaching or managing direct reports
