Partnered with a listed Real Estate Investment firm, I am searching for a Senior Management Accountant with 3-5 years PQE.
You will take a senior role within the Management Accounting team, overseeing two Management Accountants and an assistant management accountant who are each responsible for a regional portfolio of operational property assets. You will assist the Head of Management Accounts in streamlining and improving delivery of internal reporting and operational business partnering and leading the month end reporting process. This role is paying circa £75,000 per annum depending on experience, which is potentially negotiable, plus enhanced benefits and an annual bonus.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant with 3-5 years PQE, previous experience in an operational Management Accounting role, experience working with and influencing financial and non-financial stakeholders.
