Clear development path into Finance Manager
Working within a Finance team of 8, this is a newly created role to bridge the gap between the Senior Finance (FC & FD) and the part qualified team. This will be a clear path to Finance Manager.
Duties to include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts by brands
- Perform monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reviews and associated reconciliations
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts and Balance Sheet
- Conduct analytical review and produce reports with variance analysis, KPI’s, and commentaries
- Process month end journals
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
- Ensure accurate and timely management reporting to assist with key decision making
- Draft for review and process monthly VAT return
- Review accounting processes and practices and improve where appropriate to ensure efficient financial operations
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Assist with annual statutory audit including samples, analysis, and queries
