Senior Management Accountant, Growing Manufacturing / Technology Business- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified

£65,000 - £75,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus

Based: South West London (hybrid role -3 days per week in office)

An established and innovative manufacturing / technology business that is now in search of an ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Senior Management Accountant to help manage the day to day activities of the finance team and tohelp guide the business through a period of accelerated growth within their specialist market.

Senior Management Accountant - About the role

You will ensure the finance team provides timely and accurate financial information covering all areas of the business. duties will include:

• Ownership of the month end reporting process
• Provision of management accouns and commentary
• Develop appropriate financial controls and improve financial processes across the business
• Provide timely and accurate internal and external reporting
• Ensure statutory requirements are met for all UK and international territories
• Manage the external audit process
• Assisting the Group FD in ad hoc project work
• Develop strong relationships across the whole business to enable more accurate reporting
• Manage a small team and oversee the day to day operations of the group reporting team
• Liaise and challenge key decision makers across the business

Senior Management Accountant - Candidate requirements:

• Degree educated, ideallywith an ACA / ACCA / CIMA accounting qualification
• 5-8 years of proven finance experience
• Previous experience of managing a small team
• Previous experiencein a manufacturing multipleterritory business highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop sound working relationships with all levels of staff
• Advanced Excel skills
• Willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
