CMC Consulting is partnering with a leading client in their search for a Senior Management Accountant to join them on a 6-month FTC. - Oversee project cost control, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial resources are optimised.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare, review, and contribute to month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and align reporting with industry standards.
- Provide in-depth insights into project performance to drive financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to enhance financial oversight in construction operations.
Key Requirements
- Ideally ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the Construction sector
- Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
