Senior Management accountant

Radley Green is working with a growing business looking for a new Senior Management Accountant.

The business is based in Central London and have been growing at a fantastic rate and are now looking for their new Senior Management Accountant.

The role will report into the CFO manage 1 person and run everything reporting related for the growing business.

The role will pay £60k-£65k + bonus and great benefits depending on experience.

The FD is looking for someone who can grow into the role and full training and development will be given so candidates can be Finalist or Qualified.

There is a great opportunity for the person in this role to become Financial Controller in a relatively short period of time and to also take on all aspects of commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Report into Finance Director and work with senior management team
• Manage 1 junior team member
• Own the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
• Ownership of the month-end process.
• Development of all finance systems and processes
• Be a key point of contact in the external audit process.
• Manage VAT and all tax processes.
• Work closely on the cashflow forecasting process.
• Develop Budgets whilst working across the business with Heads of Departments

Key Skills and responsibilities

• Nearly or Newly Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant.
• Someone who has managed a full month end and year end statutory accounting process.
• The ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Xero experience is essential.
