Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Lead a New Team

A highly respected multidisciplinary Cost Management Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their London office near Holborn, just a short walk from Farringdon station.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to not only deliver high-profile projects but also to establish and grow a dedicated MEP team, with clear progression to Associate and beyond.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a critical role in delivering full MEP cost management services across an exciting portfolio of prestigious projects. You'll be involved in key sectors including:

  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Commercial
  • Residential
  • Defence
  • Heritage

The consultancy, with over 160 years of heritage, is in the process of building an in-house MEP team and is looking for a leader to take charge of this exciting new venture.

Initially, you will be responsible for managing MEP-specific aspects of projects, from pre-contract cost planning to post-contract valuations, all while delivering a highly client-focused service. Over time, you'll be supported in developing and leading your own MEP team, providing a clear route to Associate Director-level.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senor MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
  • The ability to manage multiple projects
  • The ability to work in a client facing role
  • The desire to grow and lead a team
