Their portfolio is growing rapidly across income generating properties (currently £500mil + GDV).
Working in a small Finance team and having direct exposure to the CFO, you will work as their Project Accountant.
Project Accounting and Management
- Maintain detailed records of project costs, invoices, revenues, funding.
- Ensure project costs are accurately captured and reported in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Review and challenge costs, incomes with internal and external teams ensure that these are in line with budgets and forecasts.
- Manage payment run, drawdown process.
- Manage project cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity for project requirements.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts across all SPVs, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts.
- Prepare SPV Accounts, Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS, and ensure other regulatory requirements are filed within the reporting requirements.
- Manage all aspects of projects debt facilities, including interest and notional payments, compliance reporting with debt covenants, for both development and operating project.
