Their portfolio is growing rapidly across income generating properties (currently £500mil + GDV).

Working in a small Finance team and having direct exposure to the CFO, you will work as their Project Accountant.

Project Accounting and Management

  • Maintain detailed records of project costs, invoices, revenues, funding.
  • Ensure project costs are accurately captured and reported in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Review and challenge costs, incomes with internal and external teams ensure that these are in line with budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage payment run, drawdown process.
  • Manage project cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity for project requirements.

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly management accounts across all SPVs, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts.
  • Prepare SPV Accounts, Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS, and ensure other regulatory requirements are filed within the reporting requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of projects debt facilities, including interest and notional payments, compliance reporting with debt covenants, for both development and operating project.
