Totum Partners is currently working with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Revenue Controller for a 6-month FTC. Your role will be to be responsible for credit control and WIP. You will work with the finance team to control WIP and debt, automate process, and implement a more automated credit control system using their financial system, which is currently quite manual.
The ideal Revenue Controller will be responsible for:
- Responsibility for WIP and Debt management
- Working with fee earners to resolve residual balances
- Sending invoices directly to the clients
- Resolving client queries relating to invoices
- Processing all card payments and managing
- Distribution of monthly statements
- Credit checks for businesses
- Producing WIP and Debt reports for Partners
- E-billing – using legal tracker
The ideal Senior Revenue Controller will have:
- Revenue and Credit Control Experience
- Legal firm experience.
- Client accounting in a law firm
- Experience in streamlining processes
