Totum Partners are working with a leading law firm to hire a Senior Revenue Controller. This partner-facing role oversees billing processes, supports pricing queries, manages write-offs, and ensures WIP accuracy.

The ideal Senior Revenue Controller  will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for monthly WIP review meetings with partners
  • Drive cash flow improvements and working capital efficiencies
  • Review billing guides, invoices, and credit notes for compliance
  • Oversee client and matter ledger balances
  • Act as a senior escalation point for revenue issues
  • Support fee earners with First Finance and commercial training
  • Provide working capital updates and assist with pricing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies
  • Contribute to the EMEA Revenue Business Partner community

The ideal Senior Revenue Controller  will have the following experience:

  • Legal sector experience (essential)
  • Proven track record working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing high-volume working capital processes
  • Strong communication and commercial awareness
