I am working with a leading insurance and reinsurance business that is looking for a Solvency II Accountant on a FTC to help support the Solvency II Pillar 3 transition. This role will play a key part and provide an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous experience with Solvency II within the Lloyds market.Your new role
- Lead the implementation of Solvency II reporting requirements in align with the latest regulatory updates
- Support the preparation of Pillar 3 submissions to PRA at both the central and syndicate level
- Review and analyse on a quarterly basis for the Pillar 3 submissions
- Provide technical expertise on Solvency II reporting requirements to the reporting team
- Identify process improvements by enhancing reporting accuracy and timeliness
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified accountant with experience within the insurance sector, in particular the Lloyds market
- Worked with Solvency II within Lloyds market
- Knowledge of UK GAAP
- Experience with Solvency II Pillar 3 implementation would be beneficial
- Experience with regulatory reporting
