Your new companyI am working with a creative leisure business based in central London (South), hiring a qualified Accountant to join the business as SME Financial Controller. You will be working for a collaborative, friendly and inclusive business, reporting to the CEO and working closely with owners and business leaders daily. Your new roleAs an SME Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the finance team
  • Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
  • Cashflow planning
  • Day to day and long-term finance function planning
  • Management of one junior finance member
  • Oversight of HR/Payroll

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified
  • SME sector experience (ability to work in an SME)
  • Experience working with retail, leisure, events, arts galleries or not-for-profit / charities
  • Payroll exposure
  • Ability to work on site 5 days a week
