Our client is a leading, global media events business with a growing business to business client base.

As part of the business growth, the finance team are looking to develop their financial analysis processes and systems, to give the business improved management information for business decision making.

This role requires a qualified accountant, with a management accounting background and some experience of systems implementation and process improvements. You will work closely with the FP&A Director creating models using Excel and FP&A specific systems to create readily available business analysis and information.

This is a broad role including the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the FP&A Director to implement a new FP&A system across finance and operations.
  • Develop processes to improve group consolidations.
  • Building models (using Excel and FP&A systems) to enable production of group analysis.
  • Train finance colleagues on the new systems and processes.
  • Support the divisional finance teams during busy month end periods.

The role requires a qualified accountant with relevant practical experience gained in industry. The role requires a background in management accounting, group fp&a and systems experience or aptitude. The successful candidates will have advanced excel skills. There is enormous scope to develop the models, systems and processes to transform the financial information the business receives. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement.
