Role responsibilitiesAs a Tax Director, you’ll lead the tax team while managing and growing a diverse portfolio of clients. Key duties include:
- Overseeing tax advisory and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations, and large businesses
- Acting as the strategic tax advisor to clients, providing innovative solutions to complex tax matters
- Leading business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base and drive revenue growth
- Managing and mentoring the tax team, supporting their professional development and fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborating with Partners to shape the strategic direction of the firm’s tax department
- Keeping up to date with the latest tax legislation and ensuring compliance across the client base

Candidate RequirementsWe’re looking for candidates with the following:
- CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified with extensive experience in a senior tax role
- Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver exceptional service
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring tax teams
- Demonstrated success in business development and driving growth
- Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
- Strategic mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
