- Provide strategic guidance on inheritance tax, residence and domicile matters, succession planning, and cross-border tax structuring.
- Work closely with Partners to drive business development and expand the firm’s private client tax advisory services.
- Enhance the firm’s private client tax offering, ensuring technical excellence and commercial value for clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of private client tax specialists, fostering a strong, high-performing practice.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums, strengthening its presence in the market.
- CTA and/or ACA qualified, with extensive experience in private client tax within accountancy.
- Expertise in UK and international tax advisory, including trusts, estates, and non-domiciled individuals.
- Proven ability to win new business and develop strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
