Job Purpose
- High level oversight of a tax portfolio, monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Leading tax consultancy at the highest standard, across compliance and advisory.
- Overseeing a growing tax team, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
- Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, handling complex queries and proactively problem solving.
- Delivering sound understanding of tax regulations and news, educating clients and other departments.
- Driving business development for the tax function and wider firm.

Job Requirements
- CTA qualified with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience of working in UK practice.
- Excellent knowledge of UK tax compliance and regulations.
- A proven track record of portfolio management with a strong commercial understanding.
- Supervisory experience with excellent people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to nurture enhanced relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Commercial acumen and creative ideas for new processes and growth.
