Tax Partner Job VacancyWhat we’re looking for

We’re representing a thriving firm of accountants in West London tasked with finding a talented Tax Partner to join their experienced UK Top 50 team. The successful candidate will benefit from a fantastic package of rewards and a flexible approach to remote or hybrid working.

This role will suit an ambitious tax accountant, qualified to ACA, ACCA or CA level, ideally with CTA or qualified by significant tax experience. You’ll be a confident project manager and have brilliant organisational and leadership skills to ensure the team remains focused and workflow on track to meet essential deadlines.

We’re searching for a confident, technically excellent and motivated tax accountant who can review and complete tax returns and provide a full suite of compliance and advisory services. Job Purpose

  • Working to oversee the provision of tax services to a large portfolio of SME tax clients.
  • The oversight of the review and completion of personal and tax returns and accounts.
  • The oversight of end of year returns and payroll. P11ds.
  • Overseeing and developing tax return processes for the department.
  • Managing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Meeting with clients to provide complex tax advisory services.
  • Encourage, support, and mentor junior team members, overseeing professional development and championing customer service excellence.
  • Proactively investigate and identify opportunities for the firm and clients.
  • Offering first class communication internally and externally both written and verbal.
  • Working alongside the Partnership team to ensure the continued success of the firm within global markets.
