Role Responsibilities

As a Tax Partner, you’ll lead the corporate tax division, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and driving the firm’s growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the corporate tax team, overseeing the provision of compliance and advisory services
  • Acting as the primary advisor for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including multinational companies, large businesses, and SMEs
  • Providing expert advice on corporate tax matters, including tax planning, structuring, and compliance
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and strategic solutions
  • Driving business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand the firm’s corporate tax services
  • Mentoring and developing the corporate tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Collaborating with other departments and Partners to deliver seamless, integrated client services
  • Ensuring compliance with the latest UK tax legislation and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified, with extensive experience in corporate tax
  • Proven ability to manage complex corporate tax portfolios and deliver high-quality advisory services
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams
  • A track record of driving business development and building client relationships
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and accounting standards
