Reed are working with an Accountancy firm to recruit a Tax Training Specialist with a strong background in Corporate Tax, looking to transition into a training-focused role. This position offers the opportunity to develop and deliver comprehensive tax training programs within a leading accountancy firm.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Design and update innovative tax training materials for internal and external use.
  • Deliver tax courses through various formats including live, webinar, and online sessions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop a trainee program that includes creating and delivering introductory and ongoing tax training sessions.
  • Maintain and enhance a 'Tax Technical' resource database for firm-wide access.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ACCA, ACA, or CTA qualified, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in tax roles, with a strong understanding of Corporate Tax.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for promoting and managing change.
