You'll provide expert advice on complex transactions, oversee international tax compliance, and support strategic initiatives. • Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue recognition, SaaS licencing, and global expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting standards are upheld.
• Manage international tax compliance and mitigate risks.
• Support strategic deals and optimise operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust accounting processes and controls.
• Lead high-impact projects, including audits, mergers, and acquisitions.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, international tax, IFRS, US GAAP, and ASC 606.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
