NSTR is currently working with a leading global consultancy firm to appoint a Transaction Services FDD - Equity Partner which will play a key leadership role in the growth of a mid-market transaction services team and establish them as a key operator in the market.

You will be part of a wider highly skilled and performance driven team of consultancy professionals all collaborating in the same direction to achieve unpresented growth across all service lines working with some of the world’s top private equity firms and corporates delivering both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors whilst building out a market leading transaction services team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, retail, business services.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic vision for the transaction services advisory practice in collaboration with the other Partners and practice leaders.
  • Promote strong client relationships through direct interactions with current and prospective clients to provide high-quality client service.

Requirements

  • ACA Qualified or equivalent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred / ICAS.
  • c12-15 years+ of experience in transaction advisory services is preferred.
  • Strong network of contacts in the UK with the ability to win and execute transactions driving revenue growth.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking leader with a proven history of managing complex engagements, delivering high-quality results while providing exceptional client service.
