Key Responsibilities:

Managing VAT compliance across 23 countries where the company is VAT-registered.
Preparing data for VAT returns, Intrastat reporting, and EC Sales Lists.
Completing balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
Managing EC Sales and Acquisitions Lists and Intrastat reporting.
Tracking stock movements to ensure accurate reporting.
Coordinating with external VAT providers for submission processes.
Ensuring timely VAT-related payments.
Supporting tax audits and handling VAT-related queries.
Assisting with VAT registrations.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the VAT function.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Music/Touring or EU VAT Reporting is a MUST
Previous work experience in a similar role within the music or entertainment industry is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
Enthusiastic and eager to develop, with a willingness to adapt to the ever-evolving VAT landscape, including compliance, controllership, advisory, and technology.
