- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)
- Bookkeeping & Stock Management: Use the Sage 200 Evolution ERP system for standard bookkeeping tasks and to manage stock.
- Procurement & Supplier Management: Support procurement activities and manage logistics for special finishes and supplier processes.
- Sales Support: Raise sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices using Sage; process stock orders for manufacturing stock parts.
- Stock Checks: Assist with monthly stock checks and update data in Sage.
- Team Administration Support: Provide essential administrative support to both management and sales teams; cover for team members during holidays.
- Cross-departmental Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between the factory and office, ensuring smooth communication across all departments.
- Customer & Supplier Enquiries: Answer phones and professionally handle enquiries from customers and suppliers.
- Experience: 1-3 years in administrative and bookkeeping roles.
- Communication: Polite, professional, and persuasive with strong relationship-building skills.
- Organization: Highly organized with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Sage accounting software (particularly Sage 200 Evolution) is preferred.
