- Contract Length: 7 months

- Working Pattern: Part Time, 2 days per week (8: 00 am to 5:00 pm, two days a week (Mondays & Thursdays) in the office, or (Mondays & Wednesdays) with Wednesdays being a work-from-home day)

As the Accounts Assistant/Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices and maintaining monthly statements in the accounting system
  • Assisting with internal expense and business mileage claims, including spreadsheet management
  • Preparing supplier invoices and expense claims for payment
  • Resolving invoice queries in collaboration with the Procurement Manager
  • Processing company credit card receipts and statements
  • Undertaking ad-hoc administrative and office-based tasks
