The client is an independent oil and gas producer based in the west end.
Description
The successful accounts assistant will be required to:
- Send invoices for authorisation to the appropriate departments.
- Sort, code, and match invoices with purchase orders.
- Post invoices to the accounting system, SAP.
- Maintain the AP ledger meticulously within SAP.
- Conduct regular payment runs.
- Conduct manual payments upon when needed.
- Raise and post intercompany invoices
- Manage and update the AR ledger within SAP
- Conduct Multi-currency transactions
- Assist in performing bank reconciliations, including multi-currency reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of month-end cash flows.
Profile
The successful accounts assistant will have:
- Minimum 1 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable & receivable functions.
- Experienced with SAP (Very Desirable)
