We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team and contribute to our ongoing growth.
Day-to-day of the role:

Bills and Payables:
- Input supplier bills and expenses into the accounting system for multiple entities in various currencies.
- Review and approve employee expenses, importing them into the accounting system.
- Monitor payables to ensure timely payments and resolve supplier queries promptly.
- Build and maintain excellent supplier relationships.
- Assist in the preparation and entry of payment runs in various currencies.

Credit Control/Invoices and Receivables:
- Assist with the credit control process and the processing of customer invoices, credit notes, and payments.
- Resolve invoice queries and ensure timely customer payments.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on payable and overdue invoices.

General Finance Tasks:
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with the preparation of Overhead journals (prepayments & accruals).
- Maintain both hard and soft filing systems for financial records.
- Provide general assistance to the finance team, including reporting, audit, and other ad hoc projects.
- Support other business operations areas as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and/or general ledger.
- First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Team player mentality with a focus on team achievements.
- Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead.
- Business language fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
