We’re looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant eager to take the next step and grow within a vibrant and supportive team.This Accounts Assistant role will look after both Accounts Payable and Receivable duties whilst supporting the wider finance team.What We Offer:

Key responsibilities: 
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices.
  • Assisting with daily bank reconciliations.
  • Updating essential spreadsheets and databases.
  • Supporting month-end and audit tasks, and managing expenses.
  • Performing supplier reconciliations and taking on other ad hoc duties.
Key skills:
  • Some prior experience in finance or accounting is desired - 6 months - 1 year minimum 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A proactive approach, with an eagerness to grow in the finance field.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • A genuine interest in the Entertainment industry
