We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of daily financial transactions, reporting processes, and record-keeping. This is an ideal position for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily financial operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Track and record expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Support payroll processing and collaborate with HR on compensation matters.
  • Prepare basic financial reports such as cash flow updates and budget tracking.
  • Liaise with external accountants for tax submissions and compliance-related tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of internal financial procedures and controls.
  • Assist in drafting financial statements and investor communications.
  • Provide administrative support related to banking, contracts, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure proper archiving and compliance of all financial documents.
  • Support the finance team in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
