- Assist with daily financial operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Track and record expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Support payroll processing and collaborate with HR on compensation matters.
- Prepare basic financial reports such as cash flow updates and budget tracking.
- Liaise with external accountants for tax submissions and compliance-related tasks.
- Contribute to the development of internal financial procedures and controls.
- Assist in drafting financial statements and investor communications.
- Provide administrative support related to banking, contracts, and financial documentation.
- Ensure proper archiving and compliance of all financial documents.
- Support the finance team in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role is preferred.
