We've got a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work for an entertainment agency. If you're someone with 1-2 years finance experience in industry, then this London-based role could be for you!
Responsibilities:
- Process and code weekly purchase invoices and orders
- Maintain and reconcile accounts monthly
- Input and allocate cash receipts appropriately
- Ensure timely submission of expense claims
- Review and process expense claims and payment runs
- Address invoice, payment, credit card, and expense queries
- Perform general ad-hoc financial tasks and team support
Requirements:
- Strong academic qualifications (AAT / 2:1< undergraduate degree / starting ACCA or CIMA)
- 1-2 years combined industry / intern / placement experience
- Keen interest in the music / creative industries
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong Excellent communication skills, with an enthusiastic and tenacious attitude
