We have two fantastic junior finance opportunities for those wanting to work for an international music and talent agency! If you're someone with 1-2 years finance experience in industry, then this London-based role is not to be missed!
Responsibilities:
- Process and code weekly purchase invoices and orders
- Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts monthly
- Manage invoice payment process
- Input and allocate cash receipts appropriately
- Ensure timely submission of corporate credit card and expense claims
- Review and process expense claims
- Address invoice, payment, credit card, and expense queries
- Support debt collection efforts
- Perform general administrative tasks and team support
Requirements:
- Strong academic background
- 1-2+ years industry / intern / placement experience
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Keen interest in the music / creative industries
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong Excellent communication skills, with a positive and tenacious attitude
