My client, a prestigious Law Firm, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Function on a fixed term basis of 14 months! This is a great opportunity for someone who is at early stages of their career looking to pursue a career within Legal Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and pay supplier invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Handle disbursements per SRA regulations
- Process staff and partner expenses
- Contact clients and suppliers for queries
- Allocate corporate credit card charges
- Maintain direct debits and standing orders
- Handle client account transactions
- Process pro-formas and WIP write-offs
- Close matters
Key Requirements:
- Experience in professional services; legal experience is a plus
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
