- Assisting with the day to day management of property accounts

- Maintaining service charge schedules and recording details of payments received

- Reconciling service charge budget with actual spend and reporting variances

- Completing monthly bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts in group

- Maintaining cash book records and recording payments received

- Assisting with raising tenant rental invoices and allocating payments received
