Sonic Summary

The role is an office-based Accounts Assistant position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Candidates should have significant experience in accounts, specifically in managing sales and purchase ledgers, as well as nominal ledger tasks.
The position requires proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Sage software is considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities include raising and posting invoices accurately, obtaining authorisation for purchase invoices, processing payment runs, and reconciling the credit card account.

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant you will be highly proficient in Excel

· Sales ledger - ensure invoices are raised/posted accurately and in a timely manner

· Purchase ledger - obtain authorisation from the appropriate person for all purchase invoices

· Nominal ledger - process payment runs to suppliers based on invoices approved for payment

· Reconciliation of the credit card account
