Accounts Assistant - part-time (approx. 25 hrs per week) with Hybrid working

The company are a successful, well established organisation in the advertising industry. Based in Central London, the successful candidate must be happy to travel to the office as business needs require. Due to ongoing growth they now seek an Accounts Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Sales Ledger:**

- Preparing and issuing sales invoices using Sage and internal systems.

- Preparing and issuing monthly statements.

- Ad hoc tasks related to sales ledger (credit control, insurance credit, etc.).

Purchase Ledger:**

- Reconciling and recording incoming purchase invoices using Sage and internal systems.

- Investigating purchase ledger queries before month-end payments.

- Ad hoc tasks related to purchase ledger (processing expenses, credit cards, etc.).

About you:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience within a finance administrative role.

- Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts.

- Good Excel skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills

- Well organised

This is a small accounts team and therefore the company cannot offer a huge amount of progression.
