A reputable, property maintenance company established over 14 years ago is looking to embark on plans for continuous improvement by appointing an Accounts Assistant. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day transactional duties and will be report into the Head of Finance.

What will you do as an Accounts Assistant?
- Maintain records of financial transactions & posting transactions
- On-Boarding and verifying Suppliers & Contractors
- Purchase Ledger
- Posting supplier & sales invoices
- Accounts Reconciliations
- First port of call for accounts queries
What do you need as an Accounts Assistant?
- Accounting or related financial qualification.
- Experience of Xero, MS Office applications (Excel Heavy)
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience
- Attention to detail, Strong Administration skills
- Able to work in a busy professional office environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
