Accounts Assistant - Part time - South London - £25-28k

Onsite 09:00-14:00

Wise May are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client based in South London. This is a great opportunity to join an international property company and become part of a friendly team.

Duties to include:

  • Reconciliation of the deposit account
  • Supplier invoices for office
  • Liaising with accountants with regards to monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping queries
  • Submitting overseas landlord tax returns
  • Processing contractor invoices for managed properties
  • Landlord annual tax statements through software
  • Daily/weekly reconciliations of the client account on the property management software
  • Daily/weekly processing of rental transactions

Skills:

  • Good analytical, mathematical and organisational skills.
  • Professionally qualified or willingness to study toward a professional qualification (CII or other equivalent).
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
