If so, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our clients growing team. The successful candidate will focus on a portfolio of clients, providing bookkeeping services and helping assist with the production of management accounts.
The role has flexible office/work from home opportunities and working hours.
The role will pay 28-32k and will provide strong study support.
Role Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciling petty cash, expenses and credit card statements
- Accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with preparation of management accounts
- Working with auditors and answering audit queries
Person Specification:
- Working towards an Accounting Qualification, or qualified/part qualified AAT
- Some finance experience, ideally a breadth of bookkeeping responsibilities - either in industry or practice
- QuickBooks experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently
- Communication and interpersonal skills to deal directly with clients.
