Description
- Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Preparing financial reports and assisting with audits
- Collaborating with team members on budgeting and forecasting tasks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Handling ad-hoc financial projects as required
Profile
- Prior experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with asset management software is a plus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- AAT qualification or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) preferred
