Robertson Bell are excited to partner with an exciting not-for-profit organisation to recruit a permanent Accounts Assistant position. In this role you will be leading in a variety of transactional duties whilst also being proactive within the organisation!

In this Accounts Assistant role, you will:

  • Take ownership within the finance function, processing high volumes of payment invoices.
  • Work alongside international partners in transactional duties such as completing the payment run and recording charitable donations.
  • Manage expenses from the organisations events and support staff in managing credit card expenses and direct debits.
  • Support the Finance Manager in organisation-wide duties, gaining exposure to other financial functions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience within charity finance, making sure to bring a wealth of tenure into this new role.
  • Proven transactional finance experience, being able to manage a large volume of invoices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.  
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
