Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain weekly statement runs and client ledgers.
    • Process payments, deposit releases, and refunds accurately and on time.
    • Respond to artist and management queries regarding statements and payments.
    • Collaborate with internal teams on payment and credit control queries.
    • Ensure compliance with VAT procedures for both domestic and international transactions.
    • Contribute to accurate monthly revenue accounting and reporting.
    • Work closely with the Management Accountant to meet internal financial procedures.
    • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong interest in the creative and entertainment industries.
    • Ability to work under deadlines and manage a varied workload effectively.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
    • Understanding of VAT procedures is desirable.
    • Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong work ethic.
    • Qualified or part-qualified accounting credentials preferred but not required.
