Role Overview (3-months Temporary)In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for a variety of financial operations including:
- Purchase Ledger: Managing invoice processing, preparing payment run schedules, assisting with cash flow planning, and handling expenses and petty cash.
- Sales Ledger: Ensuring accuracy in sales data, reconciling sales data between EPOS & Sage, and managing sales reconciliation with incoming payments.
- Banking: Processing bank transactions to correct ledgers and performing bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Assisting in digitising accountancy records, answering the telephone during peak periods, and supporting retail tasks when needed.
