Wise May are looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to join a leading event venue provider based in the City. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team, who bring high profile events and conferences to life.

This is a part time, office based role, working 3 days per week, 9am-5.30pm.

Accounts Assistant duties and responsibilities:

  • Posting invoices.
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger.
  • Reconciliation.
  • Posting Journals.
  • Accruals.
  • Cash flow forecasting.
  • Producing the accounting pack for the management team.
  • Processing Director expenses.

Accounts Assistant key skills and experience required:

  • Experience of working through the full accounting lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of accruals, pre-payments and journaling.
  • Logical mindset, with a high attention to detail.
  • Team orientated individual, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
