My client a manufacturing company near Camberwell are currently looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to join their team.Â
The ideal working pattern would be mornings 5 days a week. The role would be fully in the office. Duties below:Â
- Raising sales invoices and credits on Netsuite
- Allocation of payments to SI, chasing up remittance if not provided.
- Sending out statements and chasing payments.
- Following up customers queries raised on invoices via our Sales Dept.
- Vat Return & monthly checks to ensure correct vat codes have been used on Sales and Purchases
- Quarterly Royalty Reporting
