Description

Assist with bookkeeping and preparation of monthly management accounts, including bank postings and reconciling multiple complex bank accounts.

Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation for monthly investment portfolios, including the accounting of financial investments (gains, losses, revaluations).

Manage inter-company loans and their reconciliations.
-
Work across multiple group companies.

Prepare and upload journal templates into the accounting system.

Oversee the preparation of month-end reporting, which includes:

Reviewing month-end management accounts.

Tracking and analysing cash, debt, and securities.
-
Preparing monthly 5-year financial forecasts.

Summarising subsidiary performance.

Assist in preparing weekly cash-flows and loan security analyses.

Manage and adhere to strict deadlines.

Oversee work flow management and task allocation.
-
Handle general ad-hoc duties as needed.
Profile
- AAT qualified/ACCA part-qualified.
- Previous real-estate experience.
- Previous experience working across AP & AR.
- Excel skills: V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with SAGE, Xero, Quickbooks desirable.
- Highly-organised with an ability to balance key reporting tasks.
