Accounts Payable Assistant
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Our client, a marketing and events company based in the West End, are looking to add an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to their team. The role will be 3 days in office, 2 days from home. This is a stable role for someone looking to work somewhere long term.
The ideal candidate will have previously experience using Paprika and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in AP. If you have experience of dealing with international VAT that would be a bonus.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Processing purchase invoices
• Account reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Dealing with finance queries from suppliers
