I am working with a fantastic real estate company to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of Accounts Payable experience.

  • Salary: £32,000
  • Location: Central London
  • Hybrid: 3 days in 2 from home

What can you expect?

  • Ensure all invoices, including those from subcontractors, are processed, coded, and approved.
  • Review and authorise staff expense claims and corporate credit card transactions.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders via email and other communication channels.
  • Prepare and process weekly and manual payment runs for subcontractors and expenses as required.
  • Perform statement, balance sheet, and expense reconciliations.
  • Conduct data entry tasks, including manual entry of supplier invoices, credit notes, and daily banking transactions.
  • Adhere to established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the finance team and broader business.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as needed.
